The ticket will be sent to your phone number and will be available in your personal account; the fiscal receipt will be sent to your email.

Yes, you can pay with a bank card issued outside Kazakhstan if it supports international online payments (Visa, Mastercard). Make sure online payments are enabled and there are no restrictions for transactions in KZT.

Once the refund is confirmed, we initiate the return to the same card used for payment. The speed of crediting depends on your issuing bank and payment system, not OnVibe. On average, funds are returned within 5–10 business days, but this period may vary.

Exchanges are not possible. Each event is a separate agreement between you and the organizer. If you need a refund, follow the terms of the Offer.
